Giovanni Acerbis comes from a long tradition of cabinet makers. 

It was his great-grandfather, also named Giovanni, that started the family workshop deep in the valleys surrounding Bergamo, in Northern Italy. The workshop was then expanded by Giovanni’s grandfather and later it was his father that overtook it and established to what it is nowadays.

Giovanni’s Italian woodworking background has been blended with the traditional and contemporary Danish cabinet making thanks to his completed apprenticeship with bronze medal. Since then, Giovanni has founded and consolidated his own practice – the Giovanni Acerbis Studio.
